Alan joined E. Ritter & Company, parent company of Ritter Agribusiness Holdings, Inc., in 1990. He has over thirty years of experience in finance. Before joining Ritter, Alan was a Senior Manager with Ernst & Young. He graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from the University of Arkansas. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and holds an Arkansas salesperson real estate license.
Brian joined Ritter Grain Services in 1999. He has twenty years of experience in grain marketing and logistics. Before joining Ritter, Brian was an accountant for a regional mid-south country elevator. He graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Arkansas State University, is a Certified Public Accountant and is a Certified Grain Merchant.
Kevin joined Ritter Agribusiness as Operations Manager for the Crop Services Division in the fall of 2010 and became Vice President of the Farm Management Division in the spring of 2012. He previously worked for Greenway Equipment Inc., one of the largest John Deere dealership groups in the southern United States, as Branch Manager and Manager of the Product Support division. Kevin received a Bachelors of Science in Agribusiness from Arkansas State University and is an Accredited Farm Manager.
Charles graduated from the University of Arkansas with a BSE in Chemistry. After spending some time as a high school teacher and a decade in family farming, he joined E. Ritter & Company in 1986 and became part of the farm management team in 1993. His background includes extensive experience in irrigation management and research, conservation practices, agricultural budgeting and crop production. Charles is President of the Arkansas Association of Conservation Districts and Chairman of the Poinsett County Conservation District. He is an Arkansas licensed real estate agent and an Accredited Farm Manager. He serves on the Ethics Committee for the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers.
Woody joined Ritter Agribusiness in 2011 as a Farm Manager. Woody began his business career in commercial banking before working for 25 years on his family’s farm in Northeast Arkansas. He earned a Bachelors of Science in Commerce from Washington and Lee University. Woody is a member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers and has been designated an Accredited Farm Manager. He serves as a board member of the Crittenden County Conservation District and the Arkansas Association of Conservation Districts.
Tony is a fourth-generation farmer from Harrisburg with deeply rooted ties in northeast Arkansas. He operated a farm for 28 years and knows firsthand what is involved in all aspects of the farming business. Tony began work for Ritter Grain Services in 2006 after retiring from farming but still remains active as a farm owner. Tony is General Manger of Ritter Grain Services and is a Certified Grain Merchant.
Phil graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2010 with a degree in Finance. He began working with Ritter shortly thereafter as a Business Development Analyst, gaining experience in each of Ritter Agribusiness’ departments. Phil is currently designated as Business Development Analyst and manages farmland operations on behalf of landowners in the Mid-South region with a predominant footprint inside the Mississippi River levee system. Phil has completed the education requirements for his Accredited Farm Manager designation and will have the experience requirement completed in 2014.
Christopher joined Ritter Grain Services in 2014. Prior to joining Ritter, he had seven years of experience in marketing, two of which were in grain marketing and logistics with a large elevator operation. He graduated from West Texas A & M University with a Bachelors in Agriculture Economics and Business.
