Kevin joined Ritter Agribusiness as Operations Manager for its Crop Services Division in the fall of 2010, became Vice President of the Farm Management Division in the spring of 2012, and became President of Ritter Agribusiness Holdings, Inc. in January 2015. He previously worked for Greenway Equipment Inc., one of the largest John Deere dealership groups in the southern United States, as Branch Manager and Manager of the Product Support division. Kevin received a BS in Agribusiness from Arkansas State University and is an Accredited Farm Manager.
Jason began his career with Ritter Agribusiness in the summer of 2010 as a Location Manager of the Ritter Crop Services' Marked Tree store. He remained in the retail business with Crop Production Services when RCS sold its retail business in February 2012. He rejoined Ritter Agribusiness as a Farm Manager in March 2014. Jason's prior experience also includes branch management and management of product support for a large equipment dealership. He also owned and operated his own custom application business and farmed with one of his larger customers. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness from Arkansas State University and is an Accredited Farm Manager.
Phil graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2010 with a degree in Finance and began working with Ritter shortly thereafter as a Business Development Analyst. Phil obtained his Accredited Farm Manager credentials and completed his experience requirements. As an AFM, Phil manages farmland operations on behalf of landowners in the Mid-South region with a predominant footprint inside the Mississippi River levee system.
Woody joined Ritter Agribusiness in 2011 as a Farm Manager. Woody began his business career in commercial banking before working for 25 years on his family’s farm in Northeast Arkansas. He earned a Bachelors of Science in Commerce from Washington and Lee University. Woody is a member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers and has been designated an Accredited Farm Manager. He serves as a board member of the Crittenden County Conservation District and the Arkansas Association of Conservation Districts.
John joined Ritter Agribusiness in early 2016 after many years of experience in grain trading, facility management and corporate companies, including 26 years as President of two different grain companies. John also served as General Manager of a 50 million gallon per year ethanol production facility near Phoenix, AZ. He has a BS degree in Business Marketing from Arizona State University, as well as a Masters in International Management from the Thunderbird Graduate School of Global Management.
Caitlin joined Ritter Agribusiness as Logistics Manager in spring 2016. During the time she was in college, she performed an internship with Ritter’s Crop Services Division. She graduated from Arkansas State University in 2010 with a BS degree in Agribusiness Marketing and Management. Before joining Ritter Agribusiness as Logistics Manager, she was employed by Erwin Keith, Inc. as Customer Service Coordinator.
John has deep roots in farming, growing up in Phillips County. He moved to Northeast Arkansas in 1990 and is quite familiar with our market. Prior to becoming Ritter’s Operations Manager in spring 2016, he managed two locations for Producers Rice Mill for many years. John also owned and operated an independent distributorship for the McKee Foods Corporation for ten years.
Mack is a member of a third generation farm family from Marion, Arkansas. He became a grain originator for Ritter in spring 2016. Prior to coming to Ritter, he performed grain origination for eight years for Bunge and nine years for Cargill. He was a farmer for eighteen years prior to that time. He has a BS Degree in General Agriculture from Arkansas State University.
Logan was born and raised in Mississippi County and graduated from Arkansas State University with a BS in Agribusiness. She joined the Ritter team as a grain originator in spring 2016. Her agricultural experience includes growing up on the farm and being a cotton scout for many years. Prior to Ritter, Logan was doing pest and crop research for the University of Arkansas Research Center.
