From start to finish, our Ritter Farm Management Team will care for your land like it’s our own — which is consistent with our own investment philosophy, as we have grown our farmland holdings to approximately 27,000 acres in the Mississippi River Delta. We have the appropriate experience, employees, and operating infrastructure to provide a wide variety of customizable farm management services, including:

• Identifying quality tenants
  
• Identifying the optimal rental structure for your investment goals (cash or crop share)
  
• Recommending and implementing improvements to your property
  
• Assisting with the harvesting, processing and warehousing of crops grown on your farm
  
• Assisting with crop marketing on a forward basis consistent with your risk profile and investment goals
  
• Handling enrollment and compliance with all farm-related governmental programs, including Farm Service Agency, USDA, and the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS)
  
• Handling the acquisition and/or sale of farmland

In addition to the deep experience base of the professionals at Ritter Farm Management, we have employees that are licensed or hold the designation of Accredited Farm Manager, Real Estate Agent and Certified Grain Merchant. We also have the advantage of regular interaction with employees in other Ritter Agribusiness units, as well as a common executive management, which provides us the full perspective of any potential changes in technology or infrastructure that could boost the financial returns to landowners.
